I experienced yoga and a sound bath 180 feet underground. The vibrations and stillness felt otherworldly… like my soul was being held in sound.
Deep beneath the earth, in a cavern lined with stone, I joined a yoga and sound bath experience that felt nothing short of magical. The vibrations echoed through my body like waves, grounding me while lifting me at the same time. It was as if I stepped out of my ordinary day and into a space where my spirit could breathe freely. Tears came, laughter followed, and my heart opened wide. This experience reminded me that the Light Within grows brighter when we allow ourselves to explore, to feel, and to step into something new. Sometimes, it takes an adventure — even one 180 feet underground — to remember how alive and connected we truly are.
